Refunds or exchanges are never a problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to either refund or exchange the product for something else. If you would like a refund, we will refund your credit card the purchase price minus our original shipping/handling cost. You are responsible for the shipping charges to get it back to us.
If you would like an exchange on a similar priced item, we will ship it back to you free of charge. If it is being exchanged for a more expensive item, we will invoice you the difference in price, or if it is being exchaged for a less expensive item, we will refund the money back to your credit card, and we will ship your selection back to you free of charge as well.
Please send us a short e-mail within 10 days of receiving your product to email@example.com to let us know what product you'll be returning or exchanging, and please include the full name and address that your order was sent to, as well as your order number. Once we receive your e-mail, we will reply to you with instructions for returning or exchanging your item.
We must receive refunds and exchanges within 20 days from the time you receive our instructions for returning or exchanging your item. Your refund or exchange will be processed after GentlemanJoe has received the goods and found them to be in new condition, the way we originally sent them to you, and in the same packaging. (Ties that have any sign of wear will not be accepted.)
Please email or call us to check on our inventory. Sometimes we may have extra in stock, or if not, we may be able to order more of the design that you need if you give us enough time. It's always good to double check.
If there is a tie on our website that you would like in a large quantity for your company or group, please send us an email or give us a phone call to let us know the product number and the quantity that you need for your group and the date that you need the ties by. If we have the ties or product in stock, great! If not, we will need 6-8 weeks to place a special order for you.
Also, if you would like to order a completely different tie from what you see on our web-site, maybe even with your company logo, we are happy to help get this done for you. Please send us an email or give us a phone call to discuss what you need, and once the design is decided on, we are usually able to get these orders shipped to you within 6-8 weeks. All orders are shipped out the very next business day by 3pm. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If any product is out of stock or back ordered, we will promptly notify you via e-mail.
You might think that because our ties are so reasonably priced, you'll receive a sub-standard, thin tie. Not so at GentlemanJoe! All our ties are of excellent quality with a luxuriant, thick texture. The heavy interlining gives every tie a thickness that is great for tying a big, voluptuous knot. Your GentlemanJoe tie will hang perfectly and will also be more resilient.
They should be pretty close, but every computer screen is a little bit different, therefore we cannot guarantee their complete accuracy. Remember too that our photos are taken in a studio, and we use special lighting designed to bring out the true and natural colors. Your tie color may look a little bit different depending on the type of light you are in.
No worries though! We guarantee your 100% satisfaction if our colors or products are not what you anticipated. Refunds and exchanges are never a problem!
