Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
Refunds or exchanges are never a problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to either refund or exchange the product for something else. A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged for returns of $35 USD and over (not including shipping). All orders under $35 (not including shipping) will be 100% refunded minus original shipping costs. If you would like a refund, we will refund your credit card the purchase price minus the re-stocking fee (if applicable) and the original shipping cost. You are responsible for the shipping charges to get it back to us.
If you would like an exchange on a similar priced item, we will ship it back to you free of charge. If it is being exchanged for a more expensive item, we will invoice you the difference in price, or if it is being exchaged for a less expensive item, we will refund the money back to your credit card, and we will ship your selection back to you free of charge as well.
Please send us a short e-mail within 10 days of receiving your product to returns@gentlemanjoe.com to let us know what product you'll be returning or exchanging, and please include the full name and address that your order was sent to, as well as your order number. Once we receive your e-mail, we will reply to you with instructions for returning or exchanging your item.
We must receive refunds and exchanges within 15 days from the time you receive our instructions for returning or exchanging your item. Your refund or exchange will be processed after GentlemanJoe has received the goods and found them to be in perfect condition, the way we originally sent them to you, and in the same packaging. (Ties that have any sign of wear will not be accepted.)
How soon will you SHIP my order?
All orders are shipped out the very next business day by 3pm. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If any product is out of stock or back ordered, we will promptly notify you via e-mail.
Do you carry THICK or THIN Ties?
You might think that because our ties are so reasonably priced, you'll receive a sub-standard, thin tie. Not so at GentlemanJoe! All our ties are of excellent quality with a luxuriant, thick texture. The heavy interlining gives every tie a thickness that is great for tying a big, voluptuous knot. Your GentlemanJoe tie will hang perfectly and will also be more resilient.
Are the COLORS that I see on my computer screen accurate?
They should be pretty close, but every computer screen is a little bit different, therefore we cannot guarantee their complete accuracy. Remember too that our photos are taken in a studio, and we use special lighting designed to bring out the true and natural colors. Your tie color may look a little bit different depending on the type of light you are in.

How long are your XL, XXL and XXXL ties?
We like to cater to the big, handsome, beautiful, and "Not so Average Man". For those who need an extra couple of inches because of their height, neck size or simply because of the knot they choose to wear, we have the perfect fit for you!
Our XL ties range from 60-62 inches.
